Philosophy

Like our logo, the Tamiang, our treatments and products are a conscious offering for the well being of those who visit us. We believe that the body has ability to reconnect with its natural rhytems with the use of traditional therapies and natural products. Cantila is part of Silih Asih Foundation., wich provides Balinese children with an opportunity to learn about the healing traditions of their own culture. We provide children with free workshop in growing madicinal herb gardens healing with the use of indigenous plants, making natural health and beauty product and massage.

Treatments

Mepijet - Full Body Massage - 1 Hours

A deep massage using oil with unique properties to relax muscles and remove aches and stress from the body.

Meurut - Massage + Lulur (scrub) + Herbs and flower bath - 1 hr 45 min

Full body massage and scrub using fresh home made mixture of coconut, pandan harum, rice and other special herbs, a very traditional way to exfoliate your body. Your skin will feel smooth and rejuvenated.

Meraup - Facial - 1 Hour

Deep cleansing and purification followed by a rejuvenating face, neck and shoulder massage. A traditional scrub exfoliates the skin, wich is then firmed by a mask of seaweed, clay and herbs. The delicate skin around the eyes is treated with a special leaf to remove puffiness.

Mejamas - Hair treatment - 1 hour

Your hair is gently cleansed, then a freshly made conditioning cream is applied nd massage into your scalp. A hot towel is applied to let the conditioning cream do its magic while your neck and shoulders are massage with essential oils.

Mekramas - Hair / Scalp / Treatment - 25 min

Your hair is gently washed, followed by a cooling scalp massage and traditional conditioner to protect your hair.



Asri Naka - Manicure / Padicure - 1 hour

Your hands / feet are soaked in a secret mixture to soften the cuticles, then your nails are cleaned and sculpted. Your hands / arms or feet / legs are massage with essential oils.

Waking availlable : bikini, armpit, half leg, full legs.

Cantika Product

All our prudct are crafted by hand in a traditional Balinese kitchen using freshly harvasted, chemical free herbs, flowers and other plant material from our two gardens. You welcome to sign up to learn how to make the products we will be using for the treatments (only on Sundays). Ibu Ketut Jasi has been constantly researching and improving these traditional recipes for over 10 years. Our products can be purchased in small amounts, or you are invited to bring your own containers for larger volumes. Please remember that because no preservatives are used, the products should be used within two months.
